There are a lot of new projects going on at Dwell Well Realty Services and we couldn’t be more excited about all of the new endeavors taking shape. Our plan with this blog is to keep people informed as they visit our site, but also to post and discuss relevant topics as they align with the wild world of real estate. And let me tell you, we have our fair share of stories even after fourteen years in this business! So, who are we, what are we trying to achieve, and if we get down to the nitty-gritty…WHY is Dwell Well so different? We thought you’d never ask! In a nutshell, our primary goal is to be THE boutique real estate brokerage based in the Tulsa metro with a small group of niche Realtors® and specialists. Big box, in our mind, is staying inside the box. So we opt to step outside of said box, maybe smell the roses, and enjoy some fresh air. As a Broker, Realtor®, wannabe-handyman (when I need to be) and bonafide human being…I have to be a straight shooter. It’s in my nature! Our world is plentiful when it comes to sugar-coated sweets, I don’t think issues concerning real estate should be coated the same way. Maybe a coat or two of paint, but I’ll pass on the sugar. That said, we want to change the generalized, run-of-the-mill feeling when it comes to real property transactions. Personalities speak for themselves, and you need a good one in this business, but we also need to make sure we can deliver when it’s all said and done. We aim to be a relatable, client-facing company where you feel like you are known and your interests are in the fore-front of our minds. There is no way around it… we live in a fast-paced world. As a result, we strive to provide our clients with technology that allows them to stay in the fast-lane or stay “unplugged.” This industry has a million moving parts on any given day – we acknowledge that you have the same in your vocation or day-to-day life. Which is why we believe in the services we offer. We offer solutions, we offer peace of mind, and we like to think that we offer some levity along the way.
